St.Patricks Day Wreath

This wreath is super easy to make, cost less then lunch to make and is super cute.  Although I am not Irish, I love making and hanging a new wreath for St.Patricks Day. Besides, the kids are convinced that the leprechauns will not pinch them if we have wreaths on the door….so there you go.

And no worries, you can get this made in less then 3 minutes, 2 minutes if you are lucky and well before the leprechauns come to find you. This will no doubt be the easiest St. Patrick’s day wreath you will ever make. If you can wrap feathered boa’s around a wreath form….you got this.

Supplies you need:

Green feathered boas. I got mine from the Dollar Store. I used 5 for this wreath

Stryofroam wreath form- I used 16 inch for this wreath. Dollar Store

Plastic tie or wire – for hanging

Steps to make the wreath:

wrap boa around the wreath form. when you are finished with one, tie the end to a new boa, and continue wrapping.

before the wreath is completely covered in green feathers, secure a plastic tie or piece of wire around the wreath. this will be used to hang your wreath to your door, window or wall.

finish wrapping until the entire wreath is covered.

after you hang your St.Patricks day wreath, get the vacuum out, you are gonna need it for all those fly away feathers.

One more thing worth mentioning. My wreath is under cover on my side porch. I wouldn’t advise putting this wreath  in the outdoors. I have no idea what could happen to those feathers.

Here are two other St.Patricks Day wreath ideas, that are super easy and fun.
