Christmas Den at Duke Manor Farm

Happy Holidays! We are in count down mode till Santa makes his way to Duke Manor Farm. Before then, I have a few decorated spaces around the house that I haven’t shared with you yet. One of them is the Christmas Den at Duke Manor Farm. It’s a fun and festive space that we are enjoying emmensely this season. The Den is the total chill out zone. It’s where the kids primarly do a lot of reading and tv watching. Since it’s technically their space, I want it to be fun and festive for them.This year I decided to put two small trees up instead of the usual one. I had to retire the one that I usually put up. The smaller trees, that I actually used on the front porch last year, were a perfect replacement.

Lily loves nutcrackers, so I used that as the general theme for the space. I was thrilled to find some cute paper with nutcrackers on it. Ornaments in random colors help to tie it all together. Which is perfect since our nutcrackers are all different colors.

I love holiday pillows. Typically I will buy one or two new one’s each year, especially after the holidays when they are marked down. All of the pillows in the den, except one were in my pillow stash. The new wool pillow with the red bike and basket is from here.
