Hot Hot Baby…. August Recap
Okay, raise your hand if you are looking forward to scenes like this. My hand is up….both of them.
And although not the hottest summer on record for Northeast Georgia, I am looking forward to some cooler, fall like weather.

Here I showed you how I painted my kitchen backsplash, and yes I still love it!
All month I was sitting poolside watching my kids in a chair that I recently made over. I call it my ‘Pool Aide’ chair. You can see that here.
I painted this chest while cleaning the house one day. Do you have cleaning detours like that too?
And ended the month here trying to take a nap and sharing my Master Bedroom.

Laura, love your projects here. I have had several detours too!! I am a fall girl, that makes people think I am insane. I don't like the summer really, too much humidity for me. Love the crisp air in the fall and winter, shhh people are saying is this girl insane?? LOL!!
