This is that purchase. And painful as it was to see that I could save so much money recreating these pottery barn inspired numbered buckets, I just love these little buckets. They have been used in a variety of ways around the house, so technically I probably got my monies worth.

But when a friend saw them at the house one day and said she wanted them, I knew that I could save her a few bucks and make them myself for her, so I did.

Because that’s what good girlfriends do for each other….save each other money.

Yup, these pottery barn inspired numbered buckets cost a mere .99  for each pail, a can of spray paint and the stenciled numbers. I paid a bit more then that for the one’s that I bought at PB.. I think the one’s that I recreated look just as good as the ones that I bought, don’t you?
