I just love this time of the year…….. the chill in the air, fall festivals, mums blooming and the beautiful fall colors. If I had to choose, I would prefer to decorate for fall before any of the other holidays. Not only is it my most favorite season, there is just something about the simplicity and beauty of fall decor that just speaks to me.
Ideas for your Fall Home
The approach to welcoming fall into our home seems effortless, yet heartfelt with each leaf and apple that I have set out.
Or gentle reminders of how acorns and pumpkins are gifts from nature and reminders that we should consider natural elements more often.
Fall is a favorite time of the year to sit on the front porch. Sipping a hot drink cuddled under a blanket…..talking, laughing and creating memories.
Fall gives us that one last chance to display beautiful fresh flowers in our home before cold weather sets in and we will have to wait until the spring……….
or use faux flowers to get us by…..which ever comes first. Whichever makes you happy.
Enjoy this beautiful season of fall with beautiful color and flowers….fresh or faux.

I love fall now that it's October! Took a beautiful walk with the dogs yesterday and fall is in the air. Love the bug free part but they aren't all gone yet in Michigan.
