I am quite traditional when it comes to Easter Dinner. Since I was suffering from FONH (fear of no ham), I went ahead and ordered one from Cracker Barrel. I wasn’t sure if my local grocery store would have them and I didn’t want to take a chance. Since this Easter won’t be like one’s before, I threw my tradition of cooking out the window and ordered all the sides and bread too. Suffice to say, our Easter meal is going to be nice and easy on Sunday. The only thing I will have left to do is set the table. Since some of you will also be setting a table, I wanted to share one of my favorite easy DIY place mats for your Easter or Spring table.
