The Flowers in Europe

Bonjour. Ciao. Hallo. I am back from my Europe trip with lots of stories, tips and today, the flowers in Europe. And along with the beautiful images of the flowering blooms, I wanted to share the coolest thing I witnessed on the streets in Rome.

But first the flowers in Europe.

The streets in Paris and the city markets in Rome, had no shortage of beautiful fiori (Italian) or fleurs (French) to sell to the community. I was kinda surprised that I didn’t see any blooms while I was in Munich, I am sure there were flower shops , I just didn’t see any. And although I didn’t see many actual flower shops in Rome, every outdoor city market had flower stands with plenty of fiori to offer the public. Paris was a different story, beautiful fleur shops and smaller scaled nursery’s were everywhere.

I will let my images and the beauty of the flowers in Europe do the talking.

I found that the prices of the flowers were similar to that of the states. I did however find that they had more of a variety of flowers to offer, despite the season. Whatever you wanted, they had.  And  small flower arrangements seemed to be a popular in both Rome and Paris, compared to the bigger ones’ we often see and buy in America.

You could probably tell, I couldn’t get enough of the flowers in Europe. But the one thing that totally surprised me and, with out a doubt the coolest thing that I witnessed was this……

the flowers of Europe

Alladin ( or maybe it was his 4th cousin, not sure as he didn’t talk or smile unless you put euros in his magic bucket)  on his magic carpet,  right there in the streets of Rome near the flower market….. floating above those beautiful blooms.  I stood there for a minute or so trying to figure out how in the heck he was floating….. then I went back to the beautiful flowers.

It didn’t get any better then this.

I managed to get a shot when he wasn’t looking. apparetnly there is something in the arm area that connects to the seat that he is sitting on. Hope you are having an amazing week.
