One way to get rid of mosquito’s in your outdoor space is to install DIY window screens. I am sharing the tutorial as well as a full materials list so you can sit out….without the bugs.

So, how did it go with last weeks idea? Find any outdoor furniture to makeover and look all pretty again? This week I have another idea that you will thank me for, especially as we get into the summer season. One way to get rid of mosquito’s in your outdoor space.

One of the best things we did in our screen porch so we won’t be eaten alive by the Ga mosquito’s was to install screens. Since the openings in the screen porch are rather large, we made our own…..and it was fairly easy! Besides the screens we are enjoying the darker ceiling in the room as well that I painted a few months ago. It gives the room such a cozy feeling. I shared 4 reasons you may want to paint your ceiling darker in this post.

We also installed a TV out here so this has become a pretty popular spot to kick back in….and enjoy life’s little moments. I hope you are doing the same.
