Outdoor Fall Tour

I am not sure who created the saying ‘Silence is Golden’ but I will abide by that mantra today and take you through my Outdoor Fall tour.. Fall time around  Duke Manor Farm all still, quite and beautiful….. because isn’t that what nature offers us. 
 If you are new to Duke Manor Farm and visiting for the first time, welcome.  

I know I am suppose to be quiet but I must tell you,  fall is the most perfect time on the property. It also happens to be my most favorite season of the year. Being surrounded by nature, it’s difficult not to just sit in awe of the amazing beauty of the outdoors and feel so incredibly blessed to witness it each day.

Keeping with a spirit of simplicity, the only thing that I purchased this year for my Fall porch are the pumpkins and mums. I picked them all up from a local produce market. We initially were growing pumpkins in the garden, until one day one of the donkeys was eating them all up!

  17. Ahhhh. Always so simply elegant. I love the straight chair and pumpkin under the fall wreath too. I'm gonna get some fall foilage and pumpkins this weekend and get started outside. Your front porch is always perfect for every season. I bet you did those pillows yourself. Yes, I'm sooo ready for fall although you wouldn't know it from the looks of my place. Today felt a little more like it.

  19. Your porch is so gorgeous! I love so many things about it. That burlap wreath with the Fall colors added to it looks so pretty. I love the cushions and pillows in your outdoor chairs too.
